Operated by: Wise Card Financial Technology Ltd. (hereinafter: "the Company")
1.1 This questionnaire (hereinafter: "the Questionnaire") is intended to serve as a digital tool for collecting personal, financial, and business information from end clients, on behalf of licensed mortgage advisors, for the purpose of submitting mortgage applications, receiving financial insurance offers, or additional services agreed upon with the advisor.
1.2 Using this Questionnaire and entering data constitutes full and explicit consent to all terms of this policy.
1.3 The Company is solely a technological platform and is not a party to any transaction or agreement between the advisor and the client. All legal, financial, or professional relationships are solely between the client and the advisor.
2.1 The client confirms that they are voluntarily providing their information, on their own initiative, after independent consideration.
2.2 The client agrees that their personal, financial, and business information entered into the Questionnaire may be shared with the mortgage advisor who referred them, and with additional external entities at the advisor’s discretion, including:
2.3 Receiving an insurance quote does not obligate the client, but if they choose to proceed, they may need to provide additional information required by the insurer.
2.4 The Company bears no responsibility for how information is used by parties receiving it from the advisor.
3.1 The information entered in the Questionnaire is stored on the Company’s secure servers, in accordance with standard protocols.
3.2 The Company undertakes reasonable efforts to protect user privacy and information security but cannot guarantee complete protection from breaches or technical failures.
3.3 Access to the information is granted only to advisors authorized by the user and solely for mortgage or relevant service purposes.
4.1 The user confirms that the submitted data is correct, accurate, and up to date.
4.2 The user is responsible for ensuring that the advisor receiving their data is authorized to act on their behalf.
4.3 The user releases the Company from any liability due to errors in the submitted data, including delays or mistakes in transferring information to the advisor or third parties.
5.1 All content, code, design, questionnaire layout, platform structure – are the exclusive property of the Company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5.2 It is prohibited to copy, duplicate, modify, distribute, translate, publish, or otherwise use the Questionnaire or any part of it without authorization, including for spam, data mining, competition, or commercial use.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to take legal action in cases of violation or misuse.
6.1 The service is provided "As Is", and the Company does not guarantee the reliability of the data, results, or actual mortgage approval.
6.2 The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by using the Questionnaire.
6.3 The Company is not a party to any transaction or legal relationship between the advisor and the client and is not responsible for the advisors recommendations or service quality.
7.1 The Questionnaire or related information may include links or references to services, documents, or content of third parties.
7.2 The Company has no control over third-party content and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy, reliability, availability, or legal compliance.
7.3 Relying on third-party content is at the user’s own risk. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from such use.
8.1 The Company may terminate or restrict access to the Questionnaire, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation.
8.2 Users shall not have any claims against the Company for service termination, including data loss or loss of access.
9.1 The Company operates in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and applicable regulations.
9.2 Any information provided will be stored in accordance with the law and used only for its intended purpose and with given consent.
9.3 The Company will not share data with third parties unless required for service delivery or by law.
10.1 The Company retains usage logs, IP addresses, access times, questionnaire records, and forms for monitoring, legal defense, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution.
10.2 Data will be retained at the Company’s discretion and in accordance with legal requirements.
11.1 Filling out the Questionnaire and checking the agreement box constitutes legal consent to all terms.
11.2 The Company may retain digital records proving consent (such as IP, timestamp, browser info).
12.1 The Company may update this policy at any time without prior notice.
12.2 The binding version is the one published on the site at the time of use.

13.2 The Company will respond within a reasonable time according to its capabilities and inquiry type.
14.1 This policy is governed by Israeli law only.
14.2 Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the Haifa District, Israel.
15.1 The Questionnaire is available in additional languages: English, French, Russian, and Arabic.
15.2 These translations are intended to help users in Israel understand the Questionnaire.
15.3 The Company is not responsible for translation accuracy or errors in translated content.
15.4 In case of conflict between Hebrew and translated versions, the Hebrew version prevails.
Continued use of the Questionnaire constitutes full agreement to all the terms above.
